Hotel Weddings

The BEST WESTERN HOTEL ROYALE is situated on Bournemouth’s exclusive, tranquil and picturesque East Cliff. All 64 bedrooms – including 8 spacious Studio family rooms have been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. We are situated within walking distance of the train station (20 mins) and on a good bus route. The airport shuttle bus stops 2 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

Wedding packages at The Royale

Wedding packages at BEST WESTERN HOTEL ROYALE are different, they have been designed to offer couples the opportunity to design their own food and drink package. Menus and food have been chosen to reflect classics and new contemporary favourites. Great care is taken to select fresh produce. Our wines are also chosen to offer old world classics, new world favourites and even fair trade wines.

Once your event is planned by you and our dedicated, experienced sales team, it will then be executed to the highest standards by our dynamic operational team, all fully trained in customer service. We specialise in customising your big day to make it truly unique. We cater for weddings from 40 –130 guests, please enquire for smaller

The Royale Weddings Room Overview

Positioned in the prestigious East Cliff area of Bournemouth, the BEST WESTERN HOTEL ROYALE is the perfect venue to celebrate your special occasion or corporate event.

We cater for a variety of functions and pride ourselves on the flexibility to accommodate a wide range of ideas and budgets. Our dedicated team will ensure the total success of your event and look after every detail.

The Winsdor Suite is our main function room and can interlink with the Buckingham Suite. This room accommodates up to 80 people seated for a private dinner, has a dance floor and private bar.

The AQUA Suite is our largest function space. Ideal for large cabaret meeting set ups, theatre style product launches, weddings, parties or lodge weekends. Seating up to 130 people.

The Chalet Suite is a smaller room, perfect for private dinners, boardroom meetings or as a syndicate to larger meeting. Seats up to 20 people.

The Geneva Suite is another great function room, this room is versatile for all types of events.

The Aqua Suite

This is a large modern, airy function room with big polished wooden dance floor is licensed for 180 guests for a ceremony and sit down meal. For evening functions the room can accommodate up to 200 guests. It has a smaller adjoining room which can be opened out with its own fully stocked bar. The Winsdor Suite

A beautiful bright room which is perfect to hold your ceremony and wedding breakfast for up to 60 people. For evening parties you can invite up to 100 people and the room has its own dancefloor. If hiring the adjoining Chalet Suite you have your own private bar and there’s plenty of room for extra items such as photo booths, casino and additional seating.

The Chalet Suite

This smaller more intimate room with large bay window is perfect for smaller ceremonies up to 40 people and also wedding breakfasts for up to 30 people.

The Wedding Garden

With easy access from the hotel the beautiful sheltered garden is perfect to hold your ceremony, canapés, drinks reception or hog roast.
